DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I purchased a home from The Housing Mart and they never came back after installation to correct any of the problems with the new home. They are unreliable, do not keep their promises and will not do anything after they sell you the home. Also the manufacturer, Kit Homes, is no better, they provide lip service without anything to back it up. You would think as the manufacturer of these homes, they would warranty their own work, but they do not. I have to hire an attorney now to get my bad windows, bad floors, bad plumbing and everything else fixed....not an expense one expects when they buy a new manufactured home.
