Company does not support lifetime warranty on windows. Originally they installed a left-sided window, where a right-sided window should be with the promise they would return to fix this. Years later the window has not been replaced and cannot be opened. NICE!! If you really want to be lied to, find empty promises from Steve and his office assistant let the seals begin to break on the windows. Now you will loose weight with the chase down you will have to perform to get these problems fixed. OH yeah....still no-show, no-contact but Steve has a talented office manager who must have a "Book of Excuses" because everything she has promised has been a lie as well. ANGRY, SAD and WASTED MONEY is just the beginning....
