Unprofessional and judgmental....

Unprofessional and judgmental... I was a "walk in" yesterday and because I didn't have insurance (was going to be a cash paying customer) I was passed up by four other walk ins. One of the front desk workers asked me quite loudly if I had insurance to cover it and when I told her no she asked "Well how do you intend on paying?" Told her I was a cash customer and she sighed loudly and left me sitting there for over an hour while others came and went ahead of me. The funny thing is they were ALL WALK INS TOO. I'll never go back there again! Most embarrassing experience I've EVER encountered in a place of business!!!!!
