took my jeep there to get a whole system install .they said could do it in 3days knowing I had a rental car . I'm a kind generous person and bought lunches and breakfast along with giving Will a bunch of tools that I was going to use if I did the install my self , said id give a 300.00 tip for work completed on time. Was not. I had to rent car one more day and waited till 5:30 in the am for completion cause I did not want to rent car again and had to return to work after taking time off. Had sound when I gave them and left with out sound after paying 1300.00 the install was lousy. wires run under seat brackets shorting my amps hole saw that damaged exterior of pillar in rear. 2 of my amps were damaged at rca jack broken,1 circuit breaker was broken at tab so could not be mounted. carpet cut out from under seats that he said needed to be done, and back of seats cut more than needed, tweeter in dash was walked by hole saw leaving saw marks. found a cheaper wire SOUND QUEST wire instead of the klossis wirethat IN suppled them they used a cheaper wire and thinner wire than what I supplied them with. I supplied all wire and parts all high end wire and connecters. My subs were wired 1 ohm which was wrong by the owner of this shop. had fiberglass box that was ground on to make subs fit . this was done with other subs in box causing woofers spiders to cake up with fiber glass powder which wasn't even vacuumed out of box destroyed my subs. box thrown away. during the time of install I was there to help with input of what I wanted done. When I wasn't there, Will and his Girlfriend kinda did what ever. I have had to completely redo all except dyna mat. Will also has the gift of gabb and just talked on phone, and with friends that stoped by shop. A car was droped off major job as it had a roof mod that had to be taken off. The work stoped on jeep so that could be done, after saying 3 days to do work as needed. He says he is a master installer well he didn't know how to hook up a electronic crossover. Said he has a mentor that could help him well why could it not get done? Was led to believe that he was a master installer on phone and sound off trophys were won by shop. Yes they were but not since he started there. I called complained about work told to bring back said they would fix. NO WAY not going to wreak my jeep further. Ill just take the loss. Fool me once shame on you, Wont fool me twice. I would not let these people work with tinker toys . My advice is don't take your ride there. go across street or somewhere else. wish I did. PS Have pictures to backup all I said. They are totally Irresponsible and unknowledgeable and practice unethical work habbits

After my sis took my car for a joy ride, I noticed that my speakers weren't quite the same. My base was slacking and my sound was rattling. It was such an embarrassment when I had to go visit the fellas in the courts of east lake.

So in desperation, I took my homie's advice and brought my car here.

They did such a good job on my car that I found myself standing in pure awe. The sound was so clear and the base... oh my gosh the base was strong. I knew with a sound system this sweet all the guys were gonna give me props.

when the speakers went out completely in my 4Runner, i finally decided to get the stereo/sound system put in that i had wanted for like forever... went to this place & not only did they do a great job, it was a pretty reasonable price. i LOVE my car, so was a little nervous about putting it in their hands, but im very satisfied with the work. good place, good people!!

they had great service and very friendly got the car audio in my car working great definitely worth it.

These people damaged my vehicle then did not even inform me of the damages which could have seriously injured someone. I had to call the cops and file a report against them. Then the owner Houston Shaw said he would reimburse me for damages which he did not stating that he would not b/c my insurance was suing. Damages to my vehicle totaled over $5000 then I come to find out by personally speaking to their repair man that the amp which was supposedly repaired was never even touched. It took over a year to get the money from the company all b/c they were negligent with my vehicle and could not operate a hood. I disputed the charges with my bank and received a full refund then a year & a month later finally got my deductible back. Never have work done here. They are incompetent, unprofessional, and to beat it liars. F+
