East Ridge transmission replace the transmission on our mini-van quickly and for a competitive price. They communicated promptly and clearly. Our local mechanic told us "East Ridge Transmission is the best transmission shop in Chattanooga!" Would definitely recommend them!

I took a truck there today that I was test driving , Don Britton himself test drove it. I dont know if he normally charges for that or not, but he didnt charge me. He told me what was wrong with it and I was able to finally get the dealer to fix the real problem, and Im buying the truck. He is extremely proffesional, and honest. I have heard he is a little high, but I believe you get what you pay for. He also put a new transmission in a blazer I used to have years ago , and he stood buy it until I sold it.( maybe after too,not sure) Thank you Don you have helped me greatly, and I will always be a loyal customer and recommend you whenever I can.

Had multiple issues including oil leaks, air conditioning and electrical system. Work done in late winter. Very professional, very prompt. Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent communications about problems. Prices are fair, but not cheap. Work was performed ahead of time and was better than expected. Quoted price per system, and recomended not doing the air conditoning until spring/summer. Very pleased. Everything worked great. No complaints. Will be returning the next time my car needs service.
