Our service techs are ceritifed by all of our manufacturers and have recently been ceritfied in propane equipment. I ordered a part for my equipment 3 weeks ago and i still havent got my part. I hate being lied to! I was told i would get the part in 2 to 3 business days and like i said its been 3 WEEKS!! This is a bad way to do business! I will never order from this place again!!
