Horrible Experience !!!

We used to this store all the time. Never Ever Again.

Spent Thousands of dollars at this store. We had purchased several Hair Clippers. And the smallers trimmers for detail work.

After purchased back at the Salon we discovered that one had been used. The cord looked as if it had been chewed on by a Dog. The clippers were NASTY and full of hair ! So we immediately put them back in the box took them along with the receipt back to the store. Spoke with clerk and Store Manager. Both REFUSED to Exchange them. Dont even think about a Refund . As they would not even exchange. We took them to the Fort Oglethrorpe store , And they Exchanged them with no problems. We're very apologetic and extremely nice. The Manager there said they could have done the same thing at the Brainerd Road Store. But Bottom Line, they Did NOT.

So my advice , if you do buy ANYTHING from that store, First open the Box, Makevthem open it, And check out the Merchandise to make sure it is Not Used !

Otherwise you may end up be STUCK with it.

If it had not been for the Manager at the Fort O store ,

We would never have shopped at Sally's again !
