Rip Biggs is kind, earnest, hardworking, and sincere. Most of all he listened to the facts before simply assuming anything about my character and gave me honest feedback when I needed it most. He went above and beyond before our first meeting to get the paperwork from the municipality that charged me, spoke with the attorney who referred me about my case and my character, and genuinely showed interest and concern about my case and my well being. Cost being a factor, I hesitated to mention it since he was never so crass as to even mention it, but I was stunned by how reasonable his fees are. While I could take a plea deal to simply make this situation go away, Mr. Biggs recommended that I take the time to deal with this issue so I didn’t suffer any ramifications for a crime I was accused of due to a divorce situation. I’m forever thankful for his advice, expertise, and compassion. He isn’t simply a good lawyer. He’s a good human.

Rip went well above and beyond the norm in my case. he was very consistent ...very patient......and diligent in his efforts to get the job done. I was recently charged with something, I don't believe I deserved, the D.A. disagreed, and continued with the chargers. Rip pulled all the strings and got me out of the charge. I was very happy with the end result.

Rip is the next Johnny Cochran. He will fight for you tooth and nail if you are innocent, and if you are guilty (and don't lie to the man, it's in your best interest) he will get you THE BEST OUTCOME PERIOD. My original charges had a federal mandatory sentencing of 3-5 years, but Rip got my charges dropped to a class A misdemeanor-WITH NO JAIL TIME. I would recommend this man to any individual. If you want the best of the best, hire this man!!! Rip was so dedicated to me individually, after his job was done he still followed up with me to make sure things were going good for me. This guy actually gives a damn, and he will be 100% honest with you from the beginning. If he guarantees you something, believe him. I know it's hard to do when you're facing serious time, but this man is one of the elite attorneys in Chattanooga. I'm pursuing my law degree, and I hope that Rip will allow me to learn from him.
