I usually don't write reviews but after the unethical business practices of PF Lee Highway in Chattanooga, I felt I needed to post this to warn others. I'll be sure to tell my friends and family to never sign here. PF canceled my bank draft however continued to charge me internally and submit for collection for two additional months. They alleged I didn't cancel however bank drafts stopped as agreed upon. After notifying them of this error, they apologized for the mixup however refused to remove the invalid charges for the two additional months after canceling. I even said I would re-sign if they'd waive the fees for an internal bookkeeping scheme. They refused citing we cannot do that even though we know it was in error. I hear this is a common practice by PF and will attempt to solicit two more months or until the member obtains a letter from a collection agency. Members and public beware.

For this to be a no judgement gym they need to start with their employees. I experienced them talking about a gym member with another customer that was standing there. It made me feel very insecure thinking they would talk about me. So sad and pathetic. Hire some adults
