I want to first of all warn you of dealing with both Charles and his employees at the Huntsville location. Both Charles and Laura are extremely unprofessional. I called with a concern (I have the call recorded) and had the "pleasure" of speaking with "the Chief Executive Officer of the firm" who goes by the name Laura. I expressed a simple concern and Laura jumped in started berating me, was very unprofessional, talked down to me like I didn't know anything, and forced me to hang up the call to seek council elsewhere. Laura is a horrible representation of this company and I would never advise anyone to pay one penny to have any of Charles staff members represent you in a court of law if they cant even have a professional conversation over the telephone without screaming and being defensive. Your call...I'm just warning you...way better lawyers around - don't waste your time and money on a case that you will likely end up losing.
