I left my shoes there ladt year and all the time when I go there tgey have a excuse why ny shoes aren't ready! I am pretty sure that they lost it...

This place rips people off. If you want something done in a timely manner don't come here. They couldn't locate my item for months and made me keep waiting. I paid extra for new leather straps they never used but I didn't get a refund.

I really wish I had read the reviews before leaving a designer leather bag here for repair. I paid extra up front for the specific shade of leather to be ordered for the straps. I was told it would be ready in 2 months which I thought seemed a bit long but I was hopeful that in 2 months the repair would be done well. Fast forward to 2 months later and I have not received a call so I give them another extra month and call myself. The person on the phone said I'd have to wait it wasn't finished. Fast forward to SIX MONTHS after I dropped it off and I call again, this time frustrated. The clerk said it may or may not be done but if it hadn't been started she would have it expedited for me. I had to offer to leave my number in order to have someone call me back to tell me the status of my bag! Not only did I not get an apology for how long this is taking, I still don't know whether they've even lost my bag at this point.

This is a terrible shoe repair shop. They took over three (3) months to fix my shoe... well "fix" is not accurate, because the shoe is not wearable. The black patent leather has gaps in it and they nearly bored a hole through the stacked heel. To make matters worse, they resisted giving a refund. This was despite the fact that the shoe is unwearable--not only due to discomfort from the shoddy job--but also because it was visually unacceptable, again from the shoddy job. Unbelievable.

I took an item in to be repaired. When I first walked in door, lady behind desk was on cellphone. She continued to keep that conversation going, all while trying to conduct the business I came in there for!!! Oh, she did lay phone down long enough to complete taking my money transaction, but picked it up again before I left. Took almost a month for a simple repair. When picked up, she looked, and looked and almost didn't find it! Very unorganized, very messy, very expensive. Run the other way and find somebody else!

Shoe repair came apart within 2 weeks. Expensive and now the new heels are worn down again. I would not recommend this place ever.

I took a pair of my daughter's shoes there to have a very simple repair. The pull on the back had come loose so I requested that they repair the one and reinforce the other. They charged me an outrageous price. When I picked up the shoes they did not reinforce the other and the one they fixed looked like a small child had sewed it by hand. The stitches were completely crooked. The shoes was also rough on the inside from where they had burned the threading. When I called this to their attention, the woman was very rude and dismissive.

My shoes came back a totally different color and finish than when I dropped them off. My wife told them when she picked them up that they were not correct and all they wanted to do was argue. When I called them back, all they offered to do was refund the $6.50 cost of the shine for ruining my Cole Haan's and told me to have a blessed day.
