Showed up late. Told me 15 minutes. Sat for 40 minutes. Lucky I wasn't late for a meeting. Nice guy, pricy rate.

I called 3 different numbers and finally got a response. Website indicated 21 flat rate. When I arrived at my home I was told 35 and that it had already been communicated to me. Highway robbery to have a website page that is so far off

My husband, a disabled vet, was involved in an accident, sent to Erlanger and underwent surgery resulting in amputation. Erlanger used a Mercury Cab voucher for him while I drove in from out of state to meet him at a hotel. The driver, described as a black woman with braids, was rude and abusive to a man who was less than two hours out of surgery. She refused to stop to drop off his prescriptions at a pharmacy even though I okayed it with dispatch and offered to pay anything she wanted, she refused to take him to the back of the hotel, and stopped to pick up another fare on the way, even though he was in extreme pain. She made him walk around the hotel even though it was a freezing night and he had no jacket or shoes, then she drove around back anyway to turn around! I was furious and called the manager who said she had had multiple complaints about this driver but offered no apology. I ask that everyone think twice before patronizing this horrible business.

If I could give these son of ******* a negative amount of stars I would the don't deserve one star. Some ghetto unprofessional chewing girl got on the phone after I had been waiting on a cab for over an hour to come to the intersection of Brainerd and Germantown road... Then when I called back to question where the cab was the cab driver lied and said in the same parking lot as I was in and that was a lie.... MERCURY IS THE WORST

I got a cab from the airport to E. Brainerd Rd a week before Thanksgiving. The fare was $15. The website told me it was $12. No big deal.. a couple of bucks different. About a month later, I called to make reservation from E. Brainerd to the Airport. After giving the time and place, the women told me that the fee will be $28. I was like, WHAT? How come from the airport it was $15, but to the airport it is $28? She didn't really have an answer why the charge was different. It is 4.6 miles to the airport and the charge is over 2x then what it was from the airport? Again, she could not explain, but she DEMANDED to know when and who drove me for $15 from the airport. She was rude, had no explanation on the different charge. It is a rip off. I eventually got so frustrated, that I told her she can cancel the appointment and I will find a ride. Be sure to ask before hand what the charge will be. It is ridiculous to charge $28 for less then 5 miles.

My family and I became stranded, thanks to another cab company at the Greyhound station in Chattanooga and I was going to be over 4 hours until Greyhound opened. With children, and due to the feeling this was an unsafe situation to be in, we called Mercury cab, which sent JD to pick us up. JD was not only courteous, friendly, and every bit the southern gentleman. He helped load our bags, was extremely nice to my children, and upon hearing of our situation, JD and another driver Mike, also one of the nicest I have met, especially in the Cleveland area, offered to drive us to our home. I promptly paid the fare, which was reasonable,and we were driven in comfort. I can not encourage you enough to use Mercury cabs, they are the best in that area.

Super nice and prompt drivers, very clean cars all at reasonable pricing!

This place is a mess. They answer the phone talking, and laughing and carrying on. Then, when they show up they try and get over on you by over charging, or taking the longest route possible. I wouldn't recomend this place to ANYONE!
