All Maxi Mufflers in Chattanooga are owned by one individual. After calling 3 shops in the area, the price was reasonable with the other two, but not this one. I think the "manager" makes up prices and then lies to the customer (or changes his mind). Great crew which has done awesome work in the past, but the "manager" is what really brings this location WAY DOWN....

I had 4 new tires, rotars, and brakes installed on a Friday. I received professional and fast work with no issues. That following monday, before a long road trip, one of the tires was not holding air. I brought the car in and found out over the weekend it had picked up a nail in the sidewall. Nathan spoke to his management and they replaced the tire at no cost. Maxi didn't have to do that because the nail had nothing to do with their workmanship, but they were kind enough to take care of the problem. Its rare you find service like this anymore!
