The customer service is the one to beat around town, not only the customer service but the designs. I asked for a designer choice arrangement and the designer out did herself. I am very thankful my mother was able to enjoy this arrangement.

Amazing service. Great staff. Very helpful. The arrangement I asked for was exactly what I got and more, It was just amazing!!!!

Joy's sent two arrangements to the funeral home and neither had a name attached. They had an order number but could not follow that information to provide a name. They said online orders don't have the name of the sender. Do not use this florist if you want to say or receive a "thank you" for the flowers!!

I do not recommend this florist. I ordered flowers for my grandmother's 101st birthday, and spent a high price (over $100.00). I paid over the phone at the time I placed the order. For the amount I paid, I expected them to be beautiful. Was I ever disappointed!! When I walked in to pick them up, and they carried them to the counter, I honestly thought they had gotten them mixed up with someone else's order. They were not alt all what I expected, and I was beyond disappointed. The man at the counter did not offer an apology, did not offer to make them look better, and did not agree to refund ANY of my money. Needless to say, I walked out of that shop, tacky flower arrangment in hand, feeling like I had been taken advantage of. I will NEVER use this florist again or recommend to anyone. BEWARE, FOLKS!!

Sadly, the website was down yesterday so a review could not be left there.How appalling that a business would not honor their own website advertisement for guaranteed satisfaction...filing complaints with the BBB and the state consumer affairs! The flowers received were poor quality and great expense. No value there and no value in the total disregard received from David Parks and staff! Cheryl

I am sorry to give this company even one star as they have shown such lack of respect during the death of our friends mother with shoddy work and terrible customer service! And further there is no adherence even to their own 100% satisfaction guarantee. Beyond words!!!!Mary T.

It is ashame that a business with longevity could take such a downward turn. I daw the pitiful piece that was presented to my friend for her mothers casket insert. If there was any question as to the capability of the staff at Joys then that should have been up front. It is nit so much about wilted prchids and green unbloomed Lillies and cheap ribbon. It is about honor... Customer service and integrity to which this business has shown it has none. And to try to stifle opinion by taking down their facebook webpage further confirms the lacking within the staff and management.

I ordered 2 arrangements from. FTD. They pick the flocks florist closest to the recipient's address. One was sent to Memorial Hospital and were beautiful. The florist was Blooms. The other went to my mother. Joys did hers and it was terrible looking. FTD made them do it over. When Joys called my Mom and were very rude. No apology or anything. I would never use them and have told several people. I had never heard of Blooms but they did a wonderful job.

I ordered both a Corsage and Boutonniere for my Daughters Prom. She picked Lilly's because she wanted White with Black ribbon and the Roses they had were not pure White.The Lilly's we were shown were big and pretty.My Husband picked them up on his way home from work. When he arrived with them I was so disappointed! The Lilly was tiny!The ribbon was barley noticeable! My order was almost $60.00! The worst part was by the time they made it to the Prom the Corsage had fallen apart! She didn't even get to wear it in! I wish I had gone anywhere but Joy's !

I cannot give even one star as a rating. The flowers I ordered were dropped at the front porch while we were out. The hot afternoon sun wilted them. When I called to report this the next day, the clerk at the shop said it was my fault and there was nothing she could do to help. I pointed out the guarantee the shop prints on the website...she refused to honor that.

i've been try to order flower for my mom late afternoon

but no one was accept my order ... it's just too late - around 5 pm -



finally i called joy's flowers at 5 : 15 pm



they did it !!! they took my order and delivery at 6 pm ! wow !!!! very outstanding !!!



and arrangement was super super pretty and unique !



they r just perfact ! thank you all of staff in joy's !



i'll recommend all my friend !

I have used Joy's flowers for a long time and they have always come through for me! They have delivered flowers at the last minute without any hassle and they always create stunning flower arrangements. They even did an amazing job on the flowers for my wedding. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
