Had a full size reserved and after explaining the special needs that I had the agent changed the car I had selected to something that fit my needs at no charge , this is why I always rent from here

Reserved our car rental on-line which gave me the exact price of what our car rental would be. When we arrived, the Manager (Lorrie) began her up sale routine resulting in our rental becoming DOUBLE the on-line rate. No matter what we told her we didn't want or need, the rate remained DOUBLE the online reservation rate. An hour of our time wasted listening to her up sale spill, We stepped out to regroup and upon return were greeted with the Assistant Manager (Ashlin Rehder) to finalize our rental. So an hour of our time wasted, rental car we agreed on, no longer available AND Ashlin charged us the exact amount of what we were quoted on-line. Beware of Lorrie C.

The car was dirty. Left over receipts and empty contact lens packets from the previous user. Customer service at pick up and drop off were less than stellar. He seemed preoccupied with other customers or other things happening. Never had a bad experience until this time. Car drove well though.

The car was so nice and clean! Staff was very helpful since this was my first time renting a car! Definitely will be renting from them again

It was a Simple process and we received great service. Easy to access, no waiting in line. Easy to find the car in the rental lot.

I use enterprise at the airport frequently and they always greet me and ask how everything is going as if we're old friends. I enjoy using an establishment that cares for their customers.

What a joy to work with. Vehicle was exactly what I requested. Had no problems with the vehicle while driving. Also, agents were very friendly. Only took 5 or less minutes to pick up the car and less than that to return. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again.

The rental of the car at Chattanooga airport and return went fine. Upon my credit card statement review I found they had charged me an additional $111.85 the day after the return. I called and inquired why, he states he thought it was a cleaning fee. I had previously told them I had a service animal and offered to provide documentation if they required. Additionally the dog was only in the car for one 15 minute ride, after which I vacuumed and used a lint roller to remove hair. The gentleman said he would check in to it and call me back that day. That was three days ago and no one has contacted me.

Enterprise makes renting very easy and the customer service is awsome. The staff work hard to expedite your transaction and get you on your way. Thanks again.

The rental car was very nice, and the young man behind the counter was very friendly. I wish there was someone to take me thru the cars system. New cars these days have a lot of bells and whistles and it can be very confusing. There needs to be MORE COUNTER HELP in the evening.

The SUV i rented was very nice! Clean, roomy and very comfortable. The customer service i received the day i picked up my rental was not great...Almost seemed like i was a bother to the employee.

Friendly and efficient staff always willing to answer my questions. Clean and brand new car! I would certainly use them next time I need a car.

Friendly staff and hassle free fast service! Clean new cars. Always a pleasure to rent my cars from Enterprise. They just need a few more cars for the economy section.
