Sat in his chair for a quick cursory review before my teeth were cleaned and he never shook my hand, said hi, asked if I had any questions, or in any way acknowledged that I was a paying human being. There's more, but that's enough. If you want a vibrant doctor-patient relationship then this is not the dentist for you because this situation has happened more than once. Guess I'm either a slow learner or somebody who can't believe a dentist can display such lack of personal attention. (He also had an employee call to apologize after I complained to a staff member rather than call me himself. Twice.) I'm done with the place after four or five years of similar service.
