Doctor Bookout is very thorough cuts to the point and doesn't leave you guessing. Staff is pleasant and ready to listen. Overall good experience. The waiting room time could be cut down some.

Dr Bookout didn't hesitate to listen to me or spend time answering my questions. My son was extremely comfortable with him and I like that. He has a way with the children and he spoke in a manner that I could understand him not using all of those Dr terms.

This doctor has horrible bedside manners, refused to repair holes that the tubes left in my sons eardrums for years and he mentions surgery in front of already scared 6 year olds.
