We have tried a great variety cases: from federal criminal bank fraud to federal drug and conspiracy charges. While our federal cases have taken us across the country, our home office is in Chattanooga, Tennessee where we frequently are in federal and state court. For cases on appeal we appear in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio. In state cases we represent clients in the Tennessee Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
