My name is Rev. James Ramsey. I am Universal Life Church Minister based in Chattanooga, and owner of Chattanooga Wedding Officiants.  I also hold a Master of Education degree in Community Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
I started my company because I saw a need in our community for caring, customer-friendly officiants who would provide inexpensive wedding, funeral, and other types of ceremonies with more spiritually-oriented and/or non-religious overtones.
I honor people from all faiths, creeds, and cultures, and look forward to assisting you in whatever way I can.

Serving Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia, we specialize in providing affordable, high-quality interfaith, non-denominational, and non-religious wedding ceremonies. We are available on short notice, with fees starting at $100, depending on the type and location of the ceremony. We have many beautiful standard ceremonies to choose from, or can assist you in designing a personalized ceremonies to fit your needs. We DO NOT require couples to have premarital counseling; however, we do offer this service, upon request, for an additional fee. In addition, we offer other types of ceremonies, and rites of passage, including Pagan handfasting, commitment, funerals, memorials, pet funerals, baby naming/dedications, house blessings, divorce ceremonies, etc. Whatever your ceremonial needs, Chattanooga Wedding Officiants is committed to helping you make these important transitions extra memorable.
