While eating in a restaurant, I parked on what I thought was the premise, up against their building with no knowledge of having to pay for parking. There were no signs posted on the side of the building or anywhere on that side. I will urge all of my church members and all of my friends to forever refrain from eating in restaurants in Chattanooga. I will discourage them from shopping, or otherwise visiting a place like this. Being greeted with parking violation which resulted in a charge of $18.50 by trickery is most disturbing from someone from North Carolina. It won't happen again, because I will never be in Chattanooga again,
