Excellent. Very friendly, considerate and professional. The negative comments amaze me because it is difficult to find any repair company that wishes to fix your appliance instead of making an in and out house call to take your money. We had three visits because of part issues but what do you expect but to have to wait for the third party to ship it out or find it. Wonderful company, It was great to work with Brian, Richard and Walter.

Woke up to a puddle of water from under our Whirlpool Refrigerator/Freezer running across the kitchen floor to the sink! Had to throw out all of the food in the fridge and freezer! The courteous and professional servich tech arrived and had our fridge running and diagnosed in 10 SECONDS! YES, running in 10 seconds! The easy repair was fixed with a small switch that he had in his truck! He was in an out in under 25 minutes! The charge was reasonable! We are more than satisfied with the professional service we received from Chattanooga Appliance and Service! Highly recommend! They get 5 Stars from us!

I am SO grateful to have found Chattanooga Appliance! Soon after moving to Chattanooga from Washington DC, our washer went out and after calling a few different options listed in the yellow pages I decided on Chattanooga Appliance because of how kind, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating Amber was. Since that time we have replaced that washer and repaired (under warranty) the new one, as well as dealt with a nightmare of a dishwasher on multiple occasions (also under warranty). Each time, Ken's folks knew what was going on, and what it took to repair the problem (and in the case of the dishwasher, even forewarned of future problems because of the model and knowing it had been discontinued because of poor performance and history of problems). The issues have been the problematic and inferior appliances...not Ken and the wonderful people at Chattanooga Appliance, they could not be been better! I'll use (and recommend) them every time!

I have, as I am sure many others have as well, had problems with various appliances over the years. Whenever a problem arises, the first number I call is Chattanooga Appliance. We have used them for YEARS on the advice of my father and sister, and have never had a bad experience at all. Ken is one of the nicest gentlemen you will ever meet and is incredibly intelligent. He goes out of his way to help you whatever the problem may be and then goes above and beyond. From lightening hitting our refrigerator to crayons melted in the dryer, he knows how to fix it and does so efficiently. He recently came and looked at our 10 year old refrigerator (again) to fix a bad thermostat. Our ice maker had died (from a previous lightening event) and he was so patient when my husband and I grilled him with questions to see if we could fix it ourselves. He said, "That it is so easy and will save you a lot of money if you do it that way." He then proceeded to give my husband a step by step on how to do it and that we could get the new ice maker at Lowe's. It was wonderful! How many people now-a-days would reach out in such a way to save you money? Our refrigerator is running great and so is our new ice maker (and washer and dryer). I cannot thank Ken enough and cannot say enough nice things about him. If we ever have a problem again, he will ALWAYS be the first guy I call.
