Great people always kind helpful to me Dr Bordash is a wonderful doctor & person The office help is great

I have used this office for several years for my entire family and am very happy with Dr. Bordash. From all the other reviews, it sounds like people are upset with the staff, but he is a great doctor. When I make our appointments it is for all 6 of us and I have never had an issue with getting in and out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bordash.

I went to Dr. Bordash' s office today without an appointment and had a great experience. We were taken care of fast and and received quality care. We have been a patient of the Dr.'s for over three years without any problems. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful.

I am new to the Chattanooga area, and I tried Dr. Bordash Family Eye Center for my annual exam. I was impressed with the doctors, but the receptionists are a different story.



After my inital visit, I was told that the contacts I needed would be directly ordered because the exact perscription was not available. After about 5 weeks, I called asking about the contact order. I was informed that I should have called for a second appointment to check my trial pair in order for the bulk order to be placed. I explained that I did not have my exact perscription, and that the order was to be placed and THEN a second appointment would be made. The receptionist continued to disagree about what I was told. I simply asked for a second pair of inaccurated perscription contacts because my original pair needed to be replaced... after 5 weeks, I'd say so!



My husband went to pick up the pair that was promised to be waiting to be picked up. After waiting 45 minutes, a different receptionist informed him that the pair was not available. He had to call me so I could explain the situation to her. She was not polite, short with myself and my husband, and never apologized for her misunderstanding.



My problem is that I was never contacted to clarify any misunderstanding in either instance. I had to contact the Bordash Family Eye Center's receptionists to do their job, which was place the order for my contacts. I have too busy of a schedule to make sure that those I pay for their services do what is asked of them.
