top notch all the way around! Great customer service, professional employees, and quick to respond. I will always use this company for any pest control needs.

Used Bio Lab for termite protection for our home. Found them to be professional, courteous, and came on time as expected. Was happy enough to refer them to our son as well. He , too , used their services and was very satisfied.

Bio Lad did a bug treatment for me. Came out on time. Great service and very professional men! I would recommend them to everyone.

I experienced VERY unprofessional and rude service. Was lied to about money back guarantee and about fees associated with service. When I called to question, they gave me the run around and told me to call back. When I did, they were very RUDE and refused to give me my money back or.at least partial. POOR customer service, especially for an owner. I would NOT recommend this company!

I experienced very unprofessional behavior from the workers of this company. While driving, I was cut off by their work truck. When I honked my horn at them, I was flipped off by their worker. I had my young son in the car with me. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone.

This company has always been a great and consistent company. They are professional and very easy to deal with.

might reach most people, at animal shelter, vet, groomer,

boarding kennel, stable or from home and the company

with options using natural or organic alternatives

would get my business, hands down.



Most people tend to remember business associated with good advertising ie,

which I consider as part of the entire customer experience from beginning to

end, finding what I want, saving money and saving time.



I guess the yellowpage folks know what they are doing. I just feel this is noteworthy for all reasons stated. Thanks so much for your time and good luck with your business.
