I've had a great experience with the staff at Aspen Dental; very friendly and knowledgeable. Ashley is always so helpful when I need an appointment and Sami is so sweet and great at what she does. They always make me feel comfortable and at home. Thanks Aspen Dental!

The staff at Aspen Dental on Shallowford Road in Chattanooga, TN is excellent. From the time you walk in the door the front office staff Heather and Kimber make you feel at ease as you sign in to see Dr. Boling. The dental assistants Gema, Denise, Holly, Sami and Jessica work together to ensure that all the patients get prepared for their dental appointment. The dental hygienist Doreen was professional and handled my services quickly and efficiently. Dr. Boling is a wonderful dentist, who is top notch in her profession, has empathy with her patients and her kindness making me feel at ease. The lab techs Steve and Carie did a great job on my dentures. Courtney the office manager is friendly, eager and willing to work with patients. I am so pleased that the Aspen Dental team is professional, friendly and makes a person like me who is scared of dentist feel at ease and well cared for. Thanks so much Aspen Dental.

I'll never use them again. I have never gone to dentist where I couldn't just get a xray and checkup and cleaning its all about money here

Well, it's hard for me to really rate this Aspen location as I was FIRED as a patient before I had my first visit! My 34-year-old daughter had a troubling visit where she asked too many questions of Dr. Boling, who finally told her to FIND ANOTHER DENTIST. Of course, insurance had already paid in full for the entire treatment plan and so my daughter is now having to figure out what it will cost for her to have another dentist complete the volume of work that has NOT yet been done and what it will cost her. Fast forward to today, when my husband called to make an appointment to continue a treatment plan that had already been started only to find that our ENTIRE FAMILY HAD BEEN FIRED. Yes, I said FIRED. Not for anything my husband had done. And not for anything I had done, since I have never been seen. Nope, we were FIRED because our adult daughter was FIRED and also because she had posted on HER FACEBOOK PAGE information regarding her negative experience. HER FACEBOOK PAGE! That means that this Aspen Dental office is so paranoid about negative reviews that they sought out my daughter's page to see if she had written anything about them!!! So, to recap, my 34-year-old daughter was FIRED from this office and banned from all Aspen Dental offices everywhere/forever, my husband was FIRED from this office and banned from all Aspen Dental offices everywhere/forever and I was FIRED from this office and banned from all Aspen Dental offices everywhere/forever. I don't expect my review will remain on this site for long but I do intend to seek every public forum possible to use my First Amendment right to FREELY SPEAK MY MIND.

Came here because of a broken tooth and I needed an appointment quickly. They would not give me a cleaning or treat my tooth until after my new patient appointment (X-rays and consultation). I asked them why I could not schedule the consult and cleaning/treatment the same day and was told, "because we don't know what kind of cleaning you would need." Okay... I was not called back until 40 minutes after my initial appointment time the first time, 35 minutes the second time, and am now sitting in the office for a third time 1 hour past my appointment time! The website and commercials make it sound like there are multiple dentists working out of this office but there is not. The only dentist is spread so thinly she practically runs from patient to patient. Nice office staff but I do NOT recommend this location for anyone on a tight schedule or for anyone that prefers to ask the dentist questions about their care. She simply does not have the time.
