After waiting three days for my regular plumber to return my call, I called Action Plumbing to help investigate an unusually high water bill I had just received. They arrived two hours later and quickly determined that I did not have a leak in my water line as I suspected. At their suggestion I called the water company which dispatched a crew to inspect my meter and they discovered they had misread my meter. Problem solved. While here, Action also replaced also a leaky shower valve and suggested a quick do-it-yourself fix for another plumbing issue I had which saved me money. From my initial phone called to their finished work, Action was prompt, polite and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I called Action Plumbing to fix a clogged sink, that had a horrible leak, in my kitchen. The repairman showed up, examined the leak for 2 minutes, then went to Ace Hardware for a part, replaced the part and left. When I tried to wash dishes an hour later, the sink still leaked horribly and wouldn't drain. I notified Ace Plumbing and the same man came back 3 days later. He took a quick look under the sink and said I would have to pay another $98 for the visit and money for more replacement parts. He did not even address the clog which he didn't fix on the first visit. I am unable to use my sink and I have standing water under it which is becoming foul smelling and slimy. The repairman was rude, unsmiling, and gruff. I wouldn't refer this company to my worst enemy.

I called and the man was incredibly rude with me, he wouldn't answer my questions and harassed me because I have a long distance phone number so he would be charged to call me back. Then he asked if we would have someone here to pay, and then stated that we only accept checks, IF THEY'RE GOOD. As if I would call them without being able to pay them. Avoid at all costs, incredibly rude, very hick, I wouldn't want them coming to my house.
