EmailWe are a 24 seat restaurant off the busy streets of Chatham with parking. We have a bar with craft drinks and Italian wines, a fireplace to take the chill off and lovely art to view.
Our intention is to cultivate a food experience that will stimulate all five of your senses. To do so, we’ve thrown out the rules and created flavors, textures and presentations that we believe will please you from first sight to last bite. We use the freshest ingredients, and we’ve taken the time to find wine pairings that enhance & elevate each component. We invite you to discover those sensations with us now.
Some of our courses employ MOLECULAR GASTRONOMY it sounds like something that should take place in a college laboratory; it is actually the science of food. Using modern cooking techniques to stimulate physical and chemical transformations in ordinary ingredients, allows us to pull off such feats as making elegant caviar out of a garden tomato.

Provided by YP.comA charming trattoria off the beaten track in Chatham. We were fortunate to have our first visit late enough in the evening that we got great attention. The menu is unique with interesting variations on Italian cuisine. A definite must for foodies...not so much if you are looking for garlic bread and pasta standards. Many exciting tastes, good wines (with a tasting to your liking) and friendly service. The chef, Frank, joined us after dinner and gave us further understanding of his unique approach. Best Italian we have ever experienced on the cape.
