I used Homeinex to buy my house. The inspector was thorough and very knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. With all of the problems the inspector found I was able to negotiate $7500 off the price of the house. I would even recommend this company highly.

I have been using this home inspector ray Camosse for several years and not once have I been disappointed. He just did another fantastic job on 24 Lake Street in Spencer. Found radon 4 times the normal amt. and buyer did get a credit to fix it. Thank You! Karynsue

The inspector was a nice person and I am sure the company is pretty honest, etc BUT - the inspector missed at least 25 problems. He never checked all the electrical switches, missed black mold we later found, missed the fact the basement ceilings were ruined from all the dead rodents and feces (cable guy found this for us), failed to see the exposed plumbing in the basement was incorrect, failed to see the exposed insulation in the basement was incorrect, did not tell us of the faulty gutters, failed to find the porch railings and steps were incorrectly installed. Wow, I can actually go on and on but you get the point. He missed so many things, contractor friends who come to my house still are amazed at how he missed it all. If he had done the job right, I could have saved at least 10 grand on the sale price. Now I will be out of pocket about that much in repairs.
