Provided by YPmobileIf I could, I'd give negative stars. You would think a company would have more than one person to do the work and answer the phone on a busy day. What's the point of having an appointment when its over an hour past the appointment time and no word on how much longer it will be. The employee didn't apologize or explain what was going on. I know its not the employees fault for overbooking or what not, but the company, hands down, is one of the worst ive had to endure working with in my 37 year existence. Horrible , horrible experience. If you have any other options, go with that.
