Pet smart grooming

My name is Amy and I took my maltese there July 17. When I picked him up they said he had bruises on his ears from being noted up. Well, after I looked him over, it was not a bruise, it was a big cut that had bruised his ear, he had a cut on his leg, and he shook for three days non stop for no reason. I believe my dog was abused there and I will never take him there again. I do not recommend them at all. His nails also were not only cut but split when I got him. Not good with animals there.

These folks know great customer service! Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. The Banfield service is way over priced though. Would never go there to take my bird for a wind clipping. They charge $21 and Pete's Pet Forum only charges $15.
