Been going there for 12 years. They only service what I need! They have sent me away before saying I still have time left on X part. Dwight is outstanding parts guy and Bill - what a champ mechanic to help me fix those mystery noises that drive me nuts. My college aged kid drives home 3 hours to have Jenkins service car because she's been taken advantage of at other repair shops and Jenkins is HONEST! I can send my mom with a blank check and know they won't rip her off. How many auto shops can you say that about?

I have been using Jenkin's for oil changes, brakes and inspections for over 10 years and they have good prices and are always courteous. They also have a tendency to be complacent about little things like replacing the oil cap and the dipstick. You get what you pay for! They will not find problems that don't exist and have always been honest with me. So if you check to see that things were done correctly you will be OK and get a good price. If that doesn't agree with you than you can take your car to a dealer and pay dearly for simple routine maintenance.

Jenkins Goodyear is charging customers for services which they are not performing. They are charging for oil changes that they do not perform. Other services which the customer can not readily see as completed, they are being conned into believing the repairs or maintenance were done, when they were not done. This has happened several times. I thought it was an oversight at first, but it continued with subsequent appointments over time. I have since met other former customers that have made this same complaint.
