Doctor's are ok. Billing office is filled with idiots who no nothing about billing, coding or insurance. Called regarding an incorrect bill that they had coded for the hospital and pathology and they said they couldn't help me with that? WHAT? You coded the incorrect information and you are unable to help? They didn't bother to pull my file while I was on the phone to see what was done, just "refresh my memory"...after the 3rd call and numerous emails? Get real. I left this office but made this mistake of going back...I think I've learned my lesson!

I love this office! The staff (office people, billing etc) are ok, but the doctors are all FANTASTIC! I had some scares while I was pregnant and had to be closely monitored. Each dr was familiar with my case and took the time to answer any questions I had. Yeah, sometimes I had to wait longer than I would have like in the waiting room (never more than 40 minutes) but they're an OB office. Sometimes people go into labor or someone has an immediate concern. When the drs were with me they made me feel like their only patient. I wish I wasn't moving so I could see them for all my children. I have many friends that go here and not a single one ever has had a complaint.

We went to this practice on the recommendation of several people. I have gone to 2 appointments and now am switching practices. If you are looking for compassion, understanding and one on one attention this is not the practice for you. My hubby and I "joke" it was like the Super Wal-Mart of obstetrics. (The line to check in literally went out the door when I was there!) When I called to discuss the uncomfortable experience I had the office manager told me she was "emotionally drained" because two doctors had lost family members that day. Then she told me they had been in practice for 30 years and basically I could do it their way or go somewhere else. I never felt "heard" at this practice and I came home from my first prenatal visit (complete with an ultrasound) and cried I was so upset at how I had been treated. When I tried to tell the office manager my experience she said that everyone loved Dr Carr...again, no one listened. I cried after that conversation too. HORRIBLE experience!
