Whiskers is clean and the owner is kind and loving toward the pets. However it is VERY frustrating when calling during business hours and no one answers the phone. I can't get an appointment when someone does answer. Due to work schedules everyone can not pre-book an appointment. It would be nice to be able to speak with a person when calling and to book an appointment. Also the staff who works with the animals could be more friendly. We really do not like our pets cuts but mainly go to whiskers for location convenience. Now that isn't working. Very frustrated customer!

This is the best groom my dog has ever had! I would recommend this shop to everyone. :)
