Lead Pharmacist neglects his customers. Called in a refill on Monday, it's Friday and the prescription still has yet to be filled. Said they've left numerous voicemails with my doctor's office and faxed them as well. My doctor's office doesn't even have a voicemail and they have not received any faxes from them...my doctor's office does not "lose" their faxes (as stated by the pharmacist). Pharmacist had the audacity to laugh at the situation. Pharmacist has an attitude every time I've seen him, whether it's dealing with myself or other customers. No one forced him to become a pharmacist. Contacted the Store Manager to report and he handled the situation for me. Will never return and am transferring my prescriptions.
