It was my first major accident and I wasn't sure where to start. Someone referred me to uptown customs paint and collision and it was nothing but a positive experience from the start. The staff helped me throughout the entire process from filing the claim to arranging for my vehicle rental. They made sure the insurance covered all of the damages and even covered my $500 deductible. They keep me updated every step of the process and once the car was completed I received a written lifetime warranty! Uptown Customs couldn't have made this experience any easier or stress free than it had been. I appreciate the excellent customer service and professional staff and would highly recommend this company to anyone .

the uptown customs family was very nice and worked quickly to get my car in and out. i had a bent 24'inch wheel they got it fixed and new tire and installed a kick a** stereo for the cheapest price in town. there are my new home for car audio and wheels. thx uptown customs
