Trotters is the real deal. This is a family owned and operated business. Starting with the lady that took the appointment and the fine gentleman that performed the work, spectacular across the board. Fast and friendly service. My vehicle back windshield was pretty shattered with just bits and pieces, not only did he replaced the window, all the broken glass was cleaned up. I can't say enough about this company. Highly recommended!

World-class service and professionalism! Will definitely use again and recommend without any hesitation! Matt arrived when he said he would and even saved me the trouble of filing an insurance claim b/c the water damage I had was not windshield-related. He even took the time -- 1 hour plus! -- to fix the problem where other glass companies would have simply said the windshield is not the issue. Matt is a true professional and he gets the job done right -- the first time! Superb level of service!

I shattered the rear window in my Honda Pilot and began to search online and by phone to find a local replacement service. I spoke to many glass companies including a few that did not replace rear windows and asked them for recommendations. Trotter Auto Glass came up more than once so I called Laura and she was extremely pleasant to speak with and answered all of my questions about the replacement window. So I had my insurance company contact her for the repair. 3 Hours later Mark shows up at my house and after speaking to him for a few minutes, I could tell he was very knowledgeable, had 20 years of experience and was a great guy. He took his time and did a very very thorough job and was very detailed oriented. He was very careful to ensure all of the small pieces of glass were cleaned out of the back of the car, inside the rear door and on the driveway. I have dealt with other, much larger glass companies before, but Mark and Laura of Trotter Auto Glass was exactly what I was looking for in a local, friendly repair service. I would very highly recommend them to anyone needing an auto glass repair for their friendliness, promptness and quality of service. I am a very satisfied customer.

I couldn't be happier! Someone broke into my car & i didn't have time to take off work to get it repaired, Trotter Auto Glass was very flexible. They made arrangements to replace my glass while i was working! I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

He and his wife were nice initially , however the product they use is poor quality . My windshield had a crack he came out and did the repairs. I didn't notice any flaws at first until the next day. My Windows fogged real badly and I could see three lines from the top to the bottom. I contacted him he couldn't see it of course go figure ! I mentioned had bad it fogged he mad up something for that too.so I was stuck with this trash glass on my car . As time go on the windshield is pitting terribly . The car trotter put glass on was my 09 Lexus but I own an 1989 vehicle to that I drive daily . The 1989 with still the original glass has less pitting than the one that trotter put on my car. Now I am not familiar with the glass process but this glass is a piece of garbage and is clearly missing a layer of something . When the weather is bad . I feel safer driving my 1989 verses the 09 because it's hard to see out of it . I didn't have this problem with the original glass on my 2009 before it cracked. That's my experience with trotter it's been a little over a year but my issues that reported in the beginning were ignored they had their money from the insurance company . Just go else were especially if you don't have other cars to use when the trash glass starts failing you

Matt and his wife have treated me wonderfully! It's hard to find such a trustworthy car place. They gave me a great price, quick service, and very polite customer relations. I would recommend them with no hesitation!
