Called yesterday to Tip Top garage doors they responded very fast to a non-emergent issue technician Brian replaced the sensors, fixed the chain for a very fair price I believe. I called before to a different company and they were bad very bad. Very excited to recommend this company!!

My elderly grandmother called me all upset that her garage door kept opening and closing on it’s own, she even got locked out of her house a few times because of it. I made some phone calls to local companies since she’s not very good with computers. I found tip top garage doors and decided to try them because of the 5 star reviews they have on multiple websites. I spoke with really sweet woman named Kris, she said she thought she’d be able to get someone out to my grandmas house that same day for only $29 but wanted to confirm and would call me right back. Less than 10 mins later she called me back and said the repair guy could be there within the hour, so of course I booked it. My grandma told me that when the repair guy got to her house he was very respectful about entering and wanted to make sure she was comfortable which was so nice to hear! Turns out that the remote frequency needed to be reset because neighbors remotes were syncing hers. I would have never guessed such a thing could happen, so I’m so grateful that this company was not only quick and affordable, they were very knowledgeable on top of it! No wonder why the name is Tip Top because they’re on top of it all!

I had been wanting to get my garage doors replaced for years, so I called Tip Top Garage Doors because of their online reviews (reviews never lie so that's why I share for future customers like me). I spoke to a very nice lady named Paris who surprisingly had a service repair man available that same day. I got a call from Tom before my appt window letting me know he was running behind due to traffic here in Charlotte NC (so nice to feel my time is valued)! Once arrived Tom was very professional, respectful and SO SO nice! Not only did he take a lot of time evaluating my garage he showed me things I never saw and explain the different options that were available to me. By the time Tom left I felt so informed that I made the decision to also replace my old automatic openers. An hour later Tom emailed me the estimate with all the details we discussed. That was very nice to have on hand when I had 3 other companies give me quotes and I could compare their high prices or saw they were trying to sell me more stuff then Tom had already walked me through. A few days after Tom's visit Jordan called to see if I had any questions and wanted to make sure I had received the email. I love that I never once felt like I was being pushed into purchasing with Tip Top, like the other companies pushed by calling numerous times a day & became rude when I said I was still thinking about it! I told Jordan I wanted to move forward with what Tom & I agreed on, he said he would talk to Tom & figure out exactly when the my order would arrive so I could fit the install around MY schedule. Less than a week later Tom came back & installed beautiful new doors (with the decorative windows I always wanted), the virtually silent openers, these awesome WiFi remotes & he even took the time to program my new cars visor remote! Everyone at Tip Top Garage Doors was OUTSTANDING, but even better was being able to get everything I hoped for under my budget! 5 stars aren't enough for Tom & Tip Top!
