I’m really disappointed with the weave I received. The stylist skipped braids so I had to take my hair down after 3 days because the tracks weren’t covered. She also complained about the braid pattern smh.

I came there with my daughter Asia for her prom and received excellent service from the weave shop...They were so nice, great atmosphere ,great pricing for everything she received...They did an amazing job she was so happy...

I will give this business 5-stars for the all around service and professionalism. I've frequent this business a few times and was almost always satisfied with my results and the one time I wasn't the owner reached out and responded to my concerns.

If I had read these reviews first I would never have gone. I had a great experience. My stylist was professional and knowledgeable. I had washed my weave hair with dandruff shampoo which weighed it down. Crystal re-washed the hair and gave it body like it was new. The sew-in is perfect. I would recommend the weave shop and suggest you discuss what you want to make sure you leave happy. I moved here are year ago from Maryland so it wasn't a hookup I just had a great experience.

The last hair stylist that did my hair did a very poor job. My tracks were very visible and I had complained about her doing my tracks too tight and she caught an attitude and said that she knows about doing hair, which was very unprofessional. It wasn't worth the drive from Raleigh.

Do not waste your money here I made the worst decision of going there twice to try and get a 360 a frontal when I say it was horrible I wasted over 600 the frontal was coming up a week after and they use so much glue on my edges I pray this glue comes off it didn't look natural at all the point of a 360 is to be put in a ponytail when I tried to put it in a pony tail I could see the lace front and the glue from my edges and the second time I went back it was even worse to get it washed and re done the other lady I don't even hunk she know how to do lace front frontals because she didn't even do nothing but straiten and once again add more glue I wish I could add pictures on this review of my hair I'm taking it out so my edges won't die from all this glue I'm adding this same review on yellow pages where I can add pictures

I've been there before and had pretty decent service but it's never been worth the price. Most of the stylists are new and trained to upsell you. They will charge for everything services all other salons include in their price. Wash, braid down, weave sewn in properly and laid flat- all extra! Then they change your stylist 5 times before you they start your hair and that stylist has a different technique so your braid down is wrong. To top it all of the stylists are unprofessional and talk about each other and other clients hair over your head! This will be the last time I patronize The Weave Shop and will not recommend them to anyone. You end up paying more than you would with a real stylist anyway and receive sub-par to mediocre service and hair.

This place is hit or miss. If you are a professional, run. If you don't care, weak minded, and a push over, this is your shop. If a business advertise $50, to get you in, then switch the price, that's unethical and poor. Business practices. Black women stop getting so caught up in your beauty that you are willing to pay any thing for it. More importantly, stop letting people disregard your intelligence. Stand Up and demand respect. Or walk away. To nickel and dime a customer and make up prices as you go is equivalent to them calling you a fool. They would never get away with that in a white salon. Wake up black women.

i was told that it would be 90 to be put in. When we get there it's a whole different story and I end up paying 250 plus tax.What really had me furious was when it was done it look like crap and I have never seen hair attached with elastic and so much thread i could neat a sweater. I would've went back right away but Two weeks later my scalp was so on fire i ended up getting my weave removed as i took the hair out my actual hair started falling out in clumps in the center of my head.

Excellent customer service. Its not often that you find a salon with good vibes and great attitudes without gossip. All of these ladies treat you as though you are their client as it relates to their willingness to help or make you Cuz I want yall to still come anywaycomfortable. The owner actually walked to each customer and offered snacks displayed on a tray. I'm mentioning all of these details that some may consider small or minute but I love great customer service. It's the main determining factor I consider when choosing where I spend my money. Elysa or "E" (as she goes by) was my stylist and her work has made her my stylist for any return appts but I've watched each stylist deliver the same quality of work to anyone receiving services. Great job ladies!

I will not return nor recommend this salon to anyone. I made the mistake of returning this time just to remember why I did not like going the first time I went. I did not get the service that I went in for which left me leaving the shop with my hair undone. I went in to get my hair washed and to get a full sew in bob. (Thinking this was an easy style that no one can mess up) The hair wash experience was awfully done, the young lady literally just shampooed my hair not getting to my scalp just washed the outsides of my hair. Then only applied a leave in conditioner no regular conditioner was applied.keep in mind my hair is natural so not applying conditioner left my hair so dry and brittle. When I got to the chair my hair was still filthy and I was told I have to see a dermatologist (in front of other customers ) and the young lady grabbed gloves. I wasn't asked what style I wanted and the young lady was about to begin braiding my hair and I told her where i wanted my part I was then counseled into paying additional money for something that I didn't want. They suggested a glued part ummm no. I left the shop with my hair untouched/done literally cried it was saturday and i knew it would be hard to find a salon that could take me on the most busiest day. I was going to return to the weave shop but I couldn't due to the poor service. I was charged $20 just for a shampoo and that is literally what I got a shampoo only no conditioner and without getting to the root and still left my hair dirty and scalp filthy. I wasnt giving this business another penny to pay for something i didnt want. Needless to say I went to another shop and had a much better experience, the stylist at the other shop I went to told me my hair was still dirty (keep in mind I just paid $20 @ the weave shop for a shampoo an hour prior to getting there) I did also have scalp irritation, the stylist at the new shop I went to did a full consultation gave me a scalp treatment washed and conditioned my hair and set me up for treatments the cost was much less than at the weave shop. The new shop I went to knew exactly what I wanted and was able to Suggest a style and leave me satisfied. This is something that was not suggested when going to the weave shop and the professionalism was very different and much better than what I experienced at the weave shop. I don't mind paying if I am getting the right quality which is not what the weave shop has to offer. If I could give less than a 1 star I would.

I had an amazing experience at The Weave Shop in Charlotte; from their customer service, free snacks, and to the perfect sew in. I came on a Friday during their rush hours, and you would think I sat forever. Well at this salon I was in and out. The first girl braided me down, then I sat on their comfy couch, and before I could get comfortable the stylist called me over to do my hair. The stylist had great conversation and she did a fabulous job. The owners were present and very polite. I will definitely recommend this weave shop and I will be back!

I was very pleased with the service I received, it was my first sew in and I was indecisive about what I wanted but they were very patient and helpful. I'm very tender headed and my head did not hurt at all. Very professional, clean and organized atmosphere. The weave I brought there is fabulous and last but not least there was no wait and I was out in just over an hour, on a Friday!

I Love my hair my stylist did an awesome job. Everyone's very friendly from the time you enter till you leave,a nice environment.My stylist and the young lady that braided my hair both listened to my needs. The snacks was a plus too Lol especially since I didnt eat.
