Provided by YP.comI am not writing this to be mean, but because it is an accurate account of my experience with the Louver Shop Charlotte. I wanted privacy on the front of my condo door. Guy comes over, writes up the order. I received the product about 3 weeks later, but I am not happy and call immediately. The tilt stick looks like jail bars combined with the grills from my door window pane. The owner never explained there was an option without a tilt bar. And now he says that he cannot do anything at all to help me since this is a custom product and he sells them this way all the time. (How custom is it if he sells them like this all day long?) He basically is saying that he doesn't care if I am unhappy with my experience with the Louver Shop. So would I reccomend you do business with someone who didn't take the two minutes to explain all the options or with someone who doesn't care about customer satisfaction? Also the installer had to be asked to clean up. Don't you just hate that? Poor marks from me for the Louver Shop.

I got a free consultation from the Louver Shop Charlotte and asked a million questions, but they were
so professional and patient with me. I am very impressed with the quality of their products. I had plantation shutters installed in my living room and they even suggested Hunter Douglas shades for the kitchen and patio. I am grateful for their wonderful service.
