Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. This was by far THE BEST steakhouse experience we have had in Charlotte. The lobster Mac n cheese is the stuff of dreams. Attentive and warm service staff that was on top of their game... I was cold and was given a shawl in addition to the thermostat adjustment. I haven't eaten my dessert yet because I'm so full but it's in the to-go bag right now and I have no doubt it will be as excellent as everything else was.
