Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a business, let alone a professional office. A minor billing issue turned into weeks of calls not being returned, hung up on and, eventually, an attacking confrontation from the "office manager" (who, 2 weeks later, has still not returned my call). The saddest part of the situation is that the office and dentist was fine, but the treatment I received aside from dental care was EXTREMELY dissatisfying, to a point I have been and will continue to urge individuals seeking professional dental service to AVOID this office.
