This is, by far, the least professional medical facility that I have ever visited. After hounding me to be early, they saw me an hour late. When I confronted the P.A. about it, she got very defensive about it. She apparently told the staff about it and they began taunting me and calling me names. When I first got there, I could barely walk. As I was filling out the paperwork, the receptionist called me back four times to get more. Instead of bringing them to me. Overall they were very rude . The doctor only saw me for about one minute.
My 34 yo daughter was with me and I was afraid she was going to hit somebody before we could leave, she was so angry.
When I saw my family doctor, I told her about this experience. She says she hears about these complaints all the time.
This is a terrible place
