So this company is obviously hard up for cash because they go to private apartment complexes fetching for work. I lived in my apartment for 2 years and one morning my car is gone. For being a tire’s width over the line! Unbelievable! $200 for that bs! Tire marks!

What a SCAM. These people towed a vehicle from the apartment complex my daughter lives in. She was studying abroad at the time. When she returned, missing her car she reported it stolen to find that this company had removed it from the garage. No one had notified us and it had been 10 days. So I go to pay and the cost was $800 because it had been there for more than 5 days. Really and no one notified me it was there. I was also told by Mecklenberg police that after 14 days they could have filed for title. And this is legal????? These people obviously have no conscience.

These are the rudest people. The girl working in the office called my husband an a$$ when we asked why we were towed from our apartment complex's parking lot.
