Been very impressed with the service rendered by Sage pest control. Sage has always been very responsive to any questions we have had and they take great care when treating my home. We originally had them out to help with ants and they have solved the issue very professionally.

I highly recommend Sage Pest Control, as their product is environmentally friendly and safe for inside pets. They addressed all our questions with great professionalism and knowledge. Their service is topnotch and very attentive to our specific needs and preferences. The initial treatment was very thorough and considered all aspects of our situation. I've been using Sage Pest Control for about a year now and have been overall very satisfied with their services! The technicians are extremely professional and very friendly. They've always gotten rid of my pest problems! I strongly recommend this company.

Sage has done an incredible job on getting rid of my bugs. I have seen these other reviews that have been posted and I think I'm dealing with a completely different company or a company that went under new management. They are always on time, they always treat the area's they say they will. They even do my entire yard as a standard part of their services. My other services didn't do anything in my yard. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this company to neighbors, friends, and colleagues. Thank you Jake G for always doing a great job!! 5 Stars all around.

Wish I could rate with no stars. One of the worst companies I have ever delt with. The schedule appointments to apply pest control and don't show up. When they finally came and I was home it takes them 30 to 40 minutes to do the job right. When they came and I wasn't home I had a neighbor watch them and they were here and gone in 5 minutes. I had a one year contract for them to do four applications. They gave me a calendar with the months marked. They didn't show up for two of the four applications. The agreement was for $100.00 off for the first application as long as they came out four times in a year. Well here we are almost 18 months later and they want to charge me $50.00 for not doing the 4 applications in a year. It was them that didn't show up. They suggested doing applications every other week to complete the 4 applications. What a joke. Don't waste your time or your money. They definitely waste your time arguing about they not showing up.

Worst service. We started in June, it is now the end of October. We have had ants, spiders, wasps and other bugs in the house since starting with them. I was walking in my kitchen to get a drink, and I stepped on a huge bug, not just once but three separate times. This certainly didn't happen with my old company. The reps are not willing to listen. Not the sales reps, not the billing reps, not the guys that come out to spray, or the managers. Don't waste your time or money with these guys. They are a joke... But it's really on you when you they offer a money back guarantee but YOU have to pay $110. I called to cancel because I'm not satisfied with any aspect of this company and all they want is to send someone out here to spray more. I don't want that. Especially since I said they cannot auto draft the payment or save the card on file and they did so any way. I want my old company back. They've retreated twice but only show a record of once. Which is how they can say you never told them about the problem. They also came out and sprayed the exterior without *speaking* to me first. They chose a date, sent an email and came out, then auto drafted the payment. No invoice. No warning. I don't mind paying for services that actually work, and for a company that actually cares, listens and does what they promise. But Sage is not one of those. This is the wrong way to do business, sales and customer service. Save yourself the time and headache of these people. Call someone else. These guys won't be around long enough.



To clarify more on the payment issue we had-We used a debit card for the "trial" and then I decided to just do the full year on my credit card because that's how I had done it with my other company. I told them no auto drafting. They decided to not charge it in full but to auto draft quarterly without my permission. Yet they saved my credit card I wanted them to use on file too. Since I didn't give them permission to auto draft, they just pick one of them? They don't call to ask? Just come out and charge? It's ridiculously bad business.

Buyer beware. Slick salesman came to my door making promises that never made it to the contract signing. They agreed there would be no early termination fee yet managed to slip $110 fee and to the contract. It's a good thing I decided to read this before I acted... Missed the first two appointments with me and was late for their third

The sales rep that came to my door was extremely knowledgeable and informed me not only about the issues in was having on my property but exactly what Sage could do for me beyond what my current pest control company was doing. The technician was so friendly and really took his time on my property. I couldnt be more happy with their service!
