Rhett the plumber saved the day!!! The people who installed our backyard fence completely destroyed the drainage line coming from our kitchen. For about three months we unknowingly had drain water backing up underground and eventually pouring into our yard! We called and made an appointment with Roto-Rooter in Charlotte and Rhett came out had the entire issue resolved very quickly. He fixed the pipe and in no time he had things running smoothly again! I really appreciate the quick service and Rhett’s helpful attitude the entire time. Prior to even fixing the problem, he quoted me an estimate so that there was no surprise about the cost of the repairs. I have no doubt that should I have any other plumbing problems that I will call them again for help. Thanks so much—now my Thanksgiving holiday won’t be ruined!

We had a drain line blockage problem. The service was quick, came within a few hours of our call, and very well done. We also received very useful information on how to interact with the city for follow-up as well as other work we might benefit from.

I needed a plumber that could fix my tub and my sink in my bathroom. We had a plumber come out in the Charlotte area a couple years ago saying we need a new line to the road and it was going to cost $3,000 so I have been emptying the tub out with a gallon pitcher for over 3 years. My mom suggested roto-rooter and I called them this morning at 10:30 and by noon he was here. I am so happy to have a tub again I can't express lol. The guy whose name was Greg, was very professional, told us how we can keep from having such a bad back up in the future. Thanks so much Roto Rooter!!!

Mr. Marvin Frazier of Roto Rooter is a very nice man, and did a awesome. He also explain and show me everything that was going on in my line, which had a lot of lint removed from the line in my laundry room.

I called Roto-Rooter on Monday morning at 7 a.m., and Ricky was at my house by 9 a.m. He was able to unclog my kitchen sink/garbage disposal in a matter of minutes, and he was very personable and professional. The only reason I gave Roto-Rooter 4 stars instead of 5 was because the $213 bill caught me a little by surprise, but he told me that price up front. Then again, I didn't know what the going rate was for unclogging a drain. Luckily, they were offering a $40 coupon!

Never called a plumber before! They said free estimate and were out within the hour!! Clog seems to be cleared and guaranteed for 6mos with is a NICE thing!!! Also was able to use a coupon found on their website online!

My 4 year old stopped up our toilet (too much tissue) while we were getting ready to go to school and work. She kept on flushing and the toilet water overflowed and it was everywhere – overflowing out the bathroom onto the carpet. Immediately called Roto Rooter and they sent out a technician, Marvin, and he was there in less than an hour – wow! He quickly unclogged the toilet and I made it to work on time! Excellent experience, absolutely seamless! A++ Service, Affordable, Quick, & Friendly! Thanks so much Marvin!

We called Roto Rooter because we do not have water to our house. The initial visit was fine, the tech showed up during the time specified but was unable to find the problem. We then waited the next day for someone to show up from the company, we were given a time frame and 6hours later still no one showed up. On day three we called the night before and were told that someone would show up the next day between 8-10am and 4 hours later still no plumber. We canceled our appointment out of frustration and will never use this company again, we are waiting for another plumbing group to arrive, we will see if they are any better.

The service was great. Vasiliy Karpets, Technician # 3300, was very professional. He gave me all of my options and gave my wife and I time to figure out what we wanted to do. He was always patient with us. The service he provided worked and our problems are over. Thanks for a good job.

This is the second time in just over a year we've called Roto-Rooter with a plumbing problem, and the second time we've been thrilled with their service. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the service man was awesome -- prompt, friendly, helpful, gave great explanations and got the jobs done. I really trust Roto-Rooter and won't hesitate to call them again.

4/22/10-Overflown toilet due to clogged sewage pipe

Downstairs toilet overflown caused by clogged sewage pipe. (Tree root damaged the pipe). Overall impression-Very satisfied.. Good attitude, explained problems, fixed the issue (short-term), gave information on how to fix it permanently.

4/29/10-Roto-Rooter returned to find the damaged pipe section by using camera. Again-nice, professional, spent time finding problems, descriptive, explained problems and next steps to fix.. Did think about checking out other companies after receiving quotes. But so far 2 experiences with Roto-rooter personnels were satisfactory, so we decided to continue their service. Roto needs to return to dig the dirt and replace the damaged pipe in a few days.

5/1/10-Roto returned to fix the pipe. Done in two hours. Overall-satisfied with their skills, willingness to spend time fixing issues and explain. Job well done. Will definitely call them for future needs.

Walked downstairs Tuesday evening to find my washer draining thru my 1/2 bath toilet and sink......hubby called at 12:15a.m. and scheduled us an appointment for 3p.m. that same day!(Wednesday April 28th) Two gentlemen arrived promptly at my house and evaluated my situation. They explained that they would have to snake for an obstruction and then would run a camera down to make sure there were no additional problems in the line. My 10 year old was very excited to have the company she watched on Undercover Boss at our house! Carlos and Stan were efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company and would use again in a heartbeat!

We were having water pressure issues and had the City out to check our pressure. With the City "flush" of our system, we noticed a leak in our pressure limiting valve and a significant reduction in the pressure from our meter to the home. I registered online for a service call (VERY CONVENIENT!!!) and Jeremy was right on time. He checked the valve, was able to fix everything quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier!

A clogged toilet is a nightmare - I had tried everything myself to fix it - but who would have known that a plastic wrap for lip gloss could do so much damage. Carlos and his tech came to my rescue. They arrived exactly on time, He explained everything they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. I never expected them to have to remove the entire toilet to fix the clog. Carlos told me that my toilet was the worst job he had seen all day - I believe he was kidding since it was only 10:00 in the morning They were done within two hours, no mess, very nice and just made a horrible situation better. Great Job - thanks.

Very impressive!! I was very impressed with this service. They have technicians that work 24 hours a day. This plumber actually showed up!! I called several plumbers before and everyone said they was coming but they never showed and never called to say that they were not coming. This company was here when they were supposed to here and gave a courtesy call when the technician was on his way.

Very informative and professional experience. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service.

Removed an object stuck in the drain pipe connected to my washer. Made a clean cut in the sheetrock.
