Mowing grass and seen some water and it’s 100 degrees outside and thought that anit right cause there anit been any rain. Checked under the house and see the water shooting out the top of the water heater under the house. Shut of water and within an hour and a half Jeff was at my house rotorooter. Check out the situation of where the water from and got right to work. Within and hour and a half he knock on the door and ask to turn the water back on. Turned water on and he did his checks for leaks and everything looked good thank God. I was figuring the price to be a lot more being Fourth of July week and companies close down for the week but it was reasonable price. It didn’t have to make ten trips to the plumbing store and he had it all on the truck. Thanks Rotorooter and there worker Jeff for helping me and my wife out today

We have used Roto-Rooter several times over the years. It's never a problem to get someone to come promptly. Daniel did our last call and was very thorough, professional, explained everything well. He did a great job. Prices are reasonable. Recommend!

We had a clog in our main drain line and Roto-Rooter were here within the hour to fix it. Jeff did and excellent job and was finished in no time. He also explained what needed to be done to fix it long term.

We called Roto-Rooter at this location at 10am and they set us up an appointment by 1230pm that day! Stan Sarlovskis was our serviceman and was very thorough with locating the blockage due to roots, used a camera for further verification, dug up the drain portal with minimal amount of grass removal, pulled out and trimmed around the pipe - checked every single water spout and was out the door! VERY impressed with how fast and thorough he was. He knew what to look for and told us how to prevent future blockage. Highly recommend, Wish every company was this professional. Thanks Stan!!!

My kitchen sink stopped up Saturday afternoon as I was starting to prepare Easter lunch. I called Rotor Rooter and scheduled an apt. that was suitable for me. I had a previous engagement Sat. night and I wanted to go to church Sunday morning so I scheduled a 12 - 4 time on Sunday. I received a text at 12:30 Easter Sunday stating the technician was on the way. I live out in the country and about 50 miles from his location. He arrived about 2 and in no time had my sink unclogged. He was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate before he started. It only took less than an hor from arrival time until he was finished and gone. Lunch turned into dinner but without Roto Rooter we would not have had that. I would have had to wait until after the holidays for other plumbers to fix it. Thank goodness for Roto Rooter, they will be my first call from now on if I have any other issues in the future.

had a septic tank EMERGENCY! called friday evening and they were johnny on the spot saturday am. took a while to get it done but it was a major issue. i'd call them again in an instant.

The guys were timely, thorough and professional! I love that we looked all the way back to the building connection, they took the time to help me rebuild the area we needed to break apart in order to find the leak.

We needed help installing our brand new water heater and was able to work with John Turpin whom was amazing and very knowledgeable. Great experience and would recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone I know. Darrin Ford with Roto Rooter did an excellent job installing my hot water heater. He was very professional and explained everything to me.

Roto - rooter was a great they fix our problem as fast as they could and they went out and got the other part we need instead of sending us to the store to find it. they were very profession they explain every thing they were doing. overall our problem was fix and it was done as fast as possible.

Danny showed up as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and explained preventive measures. We just moved in a week earlier and inherited a few troubles.

Ronald arrived just a bit outside of the service window I had been given but quickly got to work and had our kitchen sink draining properly in short order. He was careful to clean up and leave everything as clean as he had found it. A very good experience.

My landlord likes to call the neighborhood handyman to fix things....That doesn't cut it when you are having a real plumbing emergency! There's a reason Roto-Rooter has been the trusted name in plumbing for nearly 80 years. Don't waste your time and money on someone who isn't an expert. We have used their service many times over the years and they always do a great job.

Super helpful! Daniel came on time, and was very professional. When the source of the plumbing issue was unknown, Daniel consulted with other members of his team to ensure the problem would be fixed correctly. Daniel was patient, and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend Daniel/Roto rooter!

I had a drainage issue last night, called to schedule an appointment as soon as I could. They were able to get to me today, and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. Chris Pierce was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Daniel Pizzuti came out and did a terrific job - he fixed an outdoor hose bib that froze and broke. He was quick, professional, clear and made the ordeal painless. It was not his issue with promptness, it was the booking/dispatch office. Made an appointment on Sat for an 8-12 window on Sunday. Because of the number of issues (with the cold weather), the tech was not able to arrive until 6pm. Dispatch could have done a better job when booking the window. Tech was awesome; dispatch was not so great - wouldn't think there would be a 10 hour delay when you are booked first thing in the morning....

I had a blockage at night. I waited until morning to call fearing additional fees.
Roto-Rooter came out to clear the drain and informed me that if they had came out at night, Weekend or Holiday there are no extra fees.
I was quoted a price to clear the drain, even though they were there almost the whole day the price was the same.
When it was discovered that I had a tree root int the drain they explained what would be required to fix and provided the cost.
Two men worked in heavy rain to fix the pipes.
If I have a problem I will call them again.
