This is the absolute last guy I want to deal with when it comes to getting a trailer or working on one, the guy is very rude

We've done business with Riverside Trailers for over 10 yrs. Good prices and great repairs. The owner really isn't a touchy/feely kind of guy but he's is fair and honest.

So if you're real thin skinned and need constant affirmation, he may not be for you.

Otherwise, if you just want your trailer fixed right, this is where you want to be.

Didn't even go in for service because I tried to call to see if the tire I needed was in stock. Someone was helping me tell the owner kind of tire i needed and the man yelled at me saying he wouldn't talk to two people at once before he hung up on me. He was very rude and it was an unpleasant experience.

I have delt with riverside a few times in the past with no problems. I have even purchased equipment from them, but this last experience did it for me. I went to riverside about a height issue with my trailer, they suggested that another axle would fix the problem. I told him that I would probably be back the following week to get it installed. I went on vacation and during my trip I came across a couple suspension parts that would do the same job for a fraction of the cost. While I was still on vacation I contacted riverside and told them about the situation. I was cursed repeaditly and told my word was no good. I advised him that I never comitted to the sale and that instead of waiting to the last minute and not even show up or call, that I was notifying him ahead of time. Again I was cursed and I hung up on him, I deal with the public on a day to day basis as well and I know that you can't cunduct a buisness like that. I would not recomend to anyone for lack of standard.
