NO STAR! I paid 38.00 for comforter dry cleaning; care tag says NO MACHINE WASH. Picked it up last night, but didn't open until today. It was wet! I took it back to show them. When I spread it on the counter it was shrunk & puckered. They accused me of taking it home & washing it! I am over 50 years old, I have had this comforter for years & always take it to the dry cleaner; I would not wash a dry clean only comforter. She said she'd have it redone. I saw no point since it was visibly destroyed, but said okay. I got a call from her saying the factory said they did not do it & wanted to know why I decided to wash it. I am so upset & angry. Accountability seems practically non-existent anymore. I not only wasted 38.00 on dry cleaning, but now have to buy a new comforter. It is bad enough when a business damages your possession, but to accuse you of doing it?! I will not take my cleaning there again, even though it is a 2 block walk. I wish I could post the photos I took of it.
