Price installed plumbing in my Knightsbridge home on West Cheval Drive in 1997. Their claims of a manufacturer's warranty of 25 years is a lie, especially the company from which they purchased the cheapest possible pipe available. Their cost-cutting, profit-maximizing efforts are going to cost me thousands. The Dura-PEX piping is dated 04/23/1997. Dura-PEX sold out in to Nibco in 2006 and all warranties are void. So much for a 25 year warranty. LIES, LIES, LIES. THEY installed a product they KNEW was inferior. I called today to schedule someone to come out and provide me with an estimate for replacing ALL plumbing in my home and the girl laughed at me. She had "no idea" what I was talking about. Their 25 year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I had to rate them with one star. The website would not allow me to enter "0."
