I worked with Ian and I am highly satisfied. He did a great job and y'all should hang on to this guy because he's been a big help. I would rate him a ten.

I am very happy with all the purchasing that Ryan helped me with and all the help from Adam and the set up of the printer and draw and showing how to change somethings around Thank You all so much. Judy

I was helped by Ian this Morning and he was very helpful and he walked me through steps and I was able to take notes and he remoted in. He was able to do some work and I was able to do some and he watched over. I really apprecaite that help and I told him if I get stuck at any point I would call back. Thank you so much, and that's why we pay for the technical support and I will probably use it more often now.

Awesome service. After we purchased your contract, we went ahead and called. It took 2 technicians 2 different times to get it working, but it was just a matter of logisitcs and timeframe of when we called and the difference in time. But overall, I would rate it a 5; it was a great experience. Both of the technicians were super professional, very patient, and explained everything very well. I appreciate it.

Overall, we've had wonderful service; the frustrating part is when we leave our name to get a call back and some times or most of the time it doesn't happen, so we have to call you. But the people we do get a hold of have been wonderful. High five for Ian; he was great. Thank you, and we appreciate your help.

We had Katende today and he was absolutely amazing. I would give him a 10 out of a 1-5. He was just awesome and he answered all of our questions and we are very appreciative.

I would like to give Ian a 5 for his amazing ability to get our password reset and also figure out our batching issues. I would rate him a 10 if I could.

I have had service with Ian, who helped me out with my support system. I would definitely give him a 5. Every time I call, Ian solves all problems I have. He has wonderful customer service.

Ian was very helpful. He made sure that I understood what needed to be done and helped me go through the process to make sure that I was satisfied with the technical support.

Rate Ian a 5.... He was very consistent and anything he didn't know he made sure it got handled.....

We called with some technical trouble and left a message. We thought that it would have to call back a milliion times, but that was not the case. The customer service rep called us right back and treated us with great diligence

Ian helped setup our printer, scale, and display. He was patient and friendly; would rate 5 out of 5. He was outstanding.

Katende was able to set up our printers and are now working perfectly. Give him a 10. He was polite, courteous, quick, efficient, and everything you need in someone in tech support. Patient, listened to the problem, gave solutions, and is a keeper!

Our service was good but it took a very long time to get connected to someone which is unfortunate since we are a store trying to run a business. Overall our service was good. We would have appreciated a quicker response and fix time but we understand that sometimes its difficult. Overall our experience was decent. Thank you.

The purchase process has been, for us, very hassle free. The staff that I have dealt with, primarily Ryan Bates and Ian Tait, have been prompt, courteous and extremely helpful every step of the way. They have made the process easy, seemless and stress free.

I had some technical issues. There are three different components to my computer and the other two companies couldn't get their heads out of their butts long enough to do anything. Erik with POS Nation came and saved the day. He took care of us and got us back in business. The other companies cost me about $1000 over the weekend because they failed to do their jobs. Thank goodness we got Erik today. He got us squared away and we are back on track. Thank you.
