This is the best place to visit if you want to have a polished look on your nails. LOL. They literally make you feel good. I cannot say enough about them working tiredlessly on my toes. They gave me a good massage and put three and a half coats on your feet before leaving. If you are not wearing open toe shoes, they will give you free slippers to walk away with. I also like to go in, in a hot afternoon when I need a free soda. Can you believe this? they give you free refreshments whenever you are there for a mani/pedi. If you are not driving and wanting a glass of good wine, they have white wines available as well. I like to get their wax. Their staff is professional, quick and well versed in their removal techniques. The products they used are also non-irritating. I have sensitive skin and it is important to me that the tools they used are sanitized and the products are gentle and non irritating to my skins. I am completedly satisfied and will return for future visits. I will also bring my roommate and best friend here for their birthdays so they can leave some nice memories on their walls. LOL. Did I tell you that iPolished grace their walls with many of their customers' comments/praises! Way to go. Love your service, iPolished.

Two thumbs up... way way up. Oh yeah, we rate in stars here. So 5 stars!!! Now I must preface this review by saying that this place is pricey. However, it is no pricier then going to a spa for a mani/pedi... Polished has everything I could want in a nail salon.



1. Super cute relaxing atmosphere/decor? Check.

2. Friendly but not too chatty nail tech? Check.

3. Good selection of colors? Check.

4. Great lasting mani/pedi? Check.

5. And finally... Free cocktails? Check CHECK.



You don't get that typical nail salon smell that leaves you with a headache, everything is very clean, and did I mention cocktails? They also have fun events like mimosas on Sundays and happy hour events. They also have a nail bar (which I haven't tried) where you can come in for a quick touch up. See what I mean? Its just a really fun place. Can't wait to go back... you should check it out.

i have been going to different nail salons for many years and was never satisfied with the service. today after shopping in southend i was walking to lunch for a drink and i noticed Polished and thought i should walk in and check it out. so i gave it a chance and loved how it was a spa chair and a quiet atmosphere as well as english only which was a major + i loved my mani pedi given by Mary. plus wine ;] and will definately come back . .. thanks to friendly staff i dont have to look for other salons anymore.
